This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through GharBhar, an online-only e-commerce website operated by Oberoi Crafting.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, processing may take longer. In such cases, we will inform you by email.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship:

  • Across India

  • Internationally to selected countries, subject to availability

If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout or after order placement.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order weight and size

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines begin after dispatch, not from the order date.

  • Domestic (India): 3 to 7 business days

  • International: 7 to 15 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other external factors.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • Tracking details, where available

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.


Delays and Delivery Issues

GharBhar is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners

  • Customs authorities

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

  • Events beyond our control

If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at gharbharr@gmail.com, and we will assist in tracking the shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and email are accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Failed deliveries due to incomplete or inaccurate details

Re-shipping costs may apply in such cases.


Lost or Missing Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but not received:

We will assist where possible, but responsibility after confirmed delivery lies with the customer.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Do not accept delivery, if possible

  • Contact us immediately at gharbharr@gmail.com with photos

This helps us raise a claim with the courier partner.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply

  • These charges are determined by the destination country

  • Customers are responsible for paying any such fees

Failure to pay customs charges may result in return or disposal of the shipment, for which we are not responsible.
